Can I track my freight delivery?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large freight shipments, the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-colored equipment and used strength machines are non-returnable.
