At PRIME Fitness USA, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade strength equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Ensure the equipment is disassembled, if necessary, and placed back in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals.
Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the item back to our distribution center using a trackable carrier.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment is in like-new condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
